Actually evolution does not work. Smart people are dying out. Dumb people breed like rabbits. And i know for a fact the world will most certainly not "advance" because this "advance" you believe in requires effort, something no modern human is capable of.
Funny this works fine in every other country, lol americans are funny. Imagine a world where you don't have to worry about losing your house or all your money just because something happened to you how horrible. Oh wait I already live that world.
Because I happen to have private insurance and my grandmother is on medicare. I'm seeing everything first hand. 1) A medication that I was taking used to cost 35 dollars. Now it costs 200 dollars. If it weren't for Walgreens pharmacy finding a discount that the medication's company offers (because my mom and I happen to be busy people and we wouldn't have found it by ourselves in any case) I'd still be paying 200 dollars. 2) I have to jump around to several doctors for my ADHD because the one I currently have is no longer in the accepted loop. My grandmother has to do the same thing because not every doctor accepts medicare. 3) My grandmother was told by medicare that she could have a colonoscopy, but the doctors had better not find anything wrong with her or else she would be paying for the whole thing. 4) My grandmother's insulin costs went up drastically to the point where she would have to pay a four thousand dollar deductible for having diabetes. 5) A woman at Walgreens was working at that store because her previous job was abolished by the Obamacare plan.
This is what I can think of off the top of my head. There are more, I just woke up so I can't really remember anything else at present.
What makes you think that they're not allowed healthcare? This is a free enterprise system. It's available to everyone. I don't mind healthcare being available for them I just don't think that people who don't want healthcare and can pay for it themselves should have to be forced into buying something.
That's because they never really had a choice in the matter. AND having lived in Europe where they have government run healthcare, I can say that there is STILL a very good reason as to why America remains far ahead of Europe even in economic distress. Besides the fact that people who have serious long lasting conditions (or immediate conditions) rarely get treated on time. Why do you think that the people who are able to come to America to get treatment in the first place? We still have better healthcare.

But why pay for healthcare people need, and we do pretty much do the same procedures just that people are put on a waiting list depending how serve their condition is or if the last procedure did not work, sometimes they refuse as some treatments are to risky and thats why many people look toward private Healthcare like BUPA or go to the US for treatment, people should have a choice, now if you don't like Obamacare why not use private healthcare.
And when you say America is far ahead of Europe in economical matters then try looking at Switzerland and Iceland, Iceland have gotten out of economic distress by kicking out members of their parliament and arresting bankers who caused this problem and the reason why the EU are having problems is that they are appeasing the bankers instead of attacking them on what they did to the economy.
